Where can I get a copy of the family register tag?

A copy of the family register tag attached to permanent domicile in Yokohama can be requested at any ward office or administrative service corner in Yokohama.
Convenience store multi-copy machines, online applications, and billing by mail are also available. There are conditions that can be used, so please check the relevant website.

Certificate Issuance Desk

・It can be taken at the municipal office of your permanent address.
・If you have permanent domicile in Yokohama, you can get it at any ward office or administrative service corner in the city. (We do not handle it at the city hall.)

Reception hours

・Family Registry Division Family Registry Section
From Monday to Friday 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Lunch hours are also accepted during Reception hours)
9:00 am to midnight on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month
※Excludes transfer holidays on Sunday, public holidays, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year).

・Each administrative service corner
Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
※During lunch break hours during Reception hours.
※Excludes holiday, national holidays, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (December 29 to January 3 of the following year).
※The facility may be closed temporarily for maintenance and inspection of equipment.

Fees

300 yen per copy
※Convenience store delivery costs 250 yen per copy
