A
family register, a person with permanent domicile in Yokohama, changed its method to a magnetic disk method on July 19, 2008. Accordingly, the management method of family register tags has also been changed.
The tag of family register before July 19, 2008 is called the remodeled original family register, and was stored for 5 years from July 19, 2008, but it is now discarded. A copy of the original family register tag cannot be issued.
