If I move or get married while applying for a My Number Card, do I need to reapply?

A
If you move or change your name in the ward, you will be given a new Address and name in the postscript column on the front of the card, so you do not need to reapply. However, in the case of moving from outside the ward, it will be as follows.
When you move from outside the city or from another ward
Please indicate that you had applied in the previous Address area at the time of transfer notification. We will prepare a grant application form with the new Address printed, so please reapply.
When moving out of the city
Please receive it before moving, or if you have not received it, please reapply at your new Address.
