What should I do if I forget or lock my PIN on my number card (digital certificate)?

If you have forgotten or locked your PIN on your My Number Card or digital certificate, you will need to apply for an initialization of your PIN at the My Number Card Special Center under your jurisdiction of your ward or the ward office in your ward. It is not a reservation system, so please come directly.
※It is not possible to check the password that was originally set.
Reception hours
Ward Office
- Weekdays: 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 2nd and 4th Saturday: From 9 a.m. to noon
- Monday, Tue, Friday (excluding holidays): 11:30 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
