If the Address changes due to the indication of the house, you can issue a house display change certificate, and if the Address changes due to the street name and lot number rearrangement certificate can be issued.
Billing Destination
When making a request at the counter…Family Registry Division Registration Section, the ward office currently has jurisdiction over the Address.
When requesting by mail…Yokohama City Mail Request Office
Those who can claim
Address, and New Address.
※You can make a claim even if you are not the person. (A power of attorney is not required.)
