Is it possible to issue a certificate that Address has changed due to the indication of residence and street name number?

If the Address changes due to the indication of the house, you can issue a house display change certificate, and if the Address changes due to the street name and lot number rearrangement certificate can be issued.

When making a request at the counter…Family Registry Division Registration Section, the ward office currently has jurisdiction over the Address.
