What I need

1.My Number Card

My Number Card is only available if the signature digital certificate is valid and the PIN (6-16-digit alphanumeric characters (* not 4 digits)) of the signature digital certificate is known.

If you have not updated your My Number Card information when moving in the past, you will not be able to apply online.

2.Smartphone or PC and card reader

It is necessary to install an application for personal computers (electronic signature extension AP). Please confirm page (outside site) of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system for recommended operating environment.

3.Credit card or smartphone payment

Credit card

Supports VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.

Smartphone payment

It supports PayPay and LINEPay.

※We will not issue receipts or other documents notifying you of receipts. Please check the credit card company or smartphone payment details.

How to apply

  1. We perform user registration of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system beforehand.
  2. Enter required items from the application page.
  3. Read your My Number card with a dedicated application, make an electronic signature, and complete the application.
  4. After confirming the details of the application, you will receive an email requesting a fee payment. From My Page, proceed to the payment screen of the fee and make the payment.
  5. After confirming payment information, the certificate will be mailed to Address, where resident certificate is located, within a week (excluding New Year's holidays and major holidays).

Number of days of processing

After payment of the commission, it will be delivered to Address, where resident certificate is located, within a week.

  • If you are in a hurry, please consider using express delivery.
  • It will take some time because the issuance procedure is not performed on weekends, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.
  • If you have any questions about the application details and need to be confirmed, we will contact you by phone or email. In that case, it will take more time to create a certificate than usual.
  • If payment cannot be confirmed within one week from the date of sending the fee payment request email, the application will be canceled.

When the information on the digital certificate does not match the user registration information

Online application is not available. Please correct the user registration information to the correct information.
