What you need

1.My Number Card

My Number Card is limited to cases where the digital certificate for signature is valid and the PIN of the signature digital certificate (6 to 16-digit alphanumeric characters (* not 4 digits)) of the digital certificate is known.

If you have not updated your My Number Card information when you have moved in the past, you will not be able to apply online.

2.Smartphone or PC and card reader

An application for personal computers (electronic signature extension AP) is required. Please confirm page (outside site) of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system for recommended operating environment.

3.Credit card or smartphone payment

It supports VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.

Smartphone payment

It is compatible with PayPay and LINEPay.

※We will not issue a receipt or any other document notifying the receipt of receipt. Please check with your credit card company or smartphone payment usage details.

Application method

  1. We perform user registration of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system beforehand.
  2. From the application page, enter required items.
  3. Scan your My Number Card with the dedicated application, perform electronic signature, and complete the application.
  4. After confirming the application details, you will receive an email requesting a fee payment request email. From My Page, go to the payment screen of the fee and make the payment.
  5. After confirming the payment information, the certificate will be mailed to Address, where resident certificate is located in about one week (excluding New Year holidays and major holidays).

Other precautions

Applicant

It's the only person. Applications from proxy/agent or third parties are not allowed.

Processing days

After payment is completed, it will be delivered to Address in resident certificate within a week.

  • If you are in a hurry, please consider using express delivery.
  • It will take some time on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays, as issuance procedures are not performed.
  • If you have any questions about the application details and need confirmation, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. In that case, it will take more days to create a certificate than usual.
  • If payment cannot be confirmed within one week from the date of sending the e-mail of the fee payment request, the application will be canceled.

When the information on the digital certificate does not match the user registration information

Online application is not available. Please correct the user registration information to the correct information.
