Marriage and Divorce

The first insured person who joins National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) must notify the ward office. (The third insured person who is dependent on the spouse will be notified to the spouse's office.)

Notification is required when the head of household changes, or when they come together.

Persons aged 65 and over, those aged 40 to 64 who have been certified as requiring long-term care

In the case of the third insured person who was dependent on the spouse, a notification is required.
