How many years ago can a copy of the family register's tag be issued?

If all people in family register are deleted, the family register's tag will be removed from the family register.
Removal of family register's tags will be kept for 5 to 150 years from June 20, 2019.
※In Yokohama City, a copy of the family register's tag cannot be issued because the storage period has passed for the removal of the family register's tag until March 31, 2013.
You can request a copy of the rejection of the family register's tag at the ward office in Yokohama and the administrative service corner. ※It is not available at convenience stores.
When requesting a copy of the rejection of the family register's tag, please bring identification documents such as a driver's license, passport, my number card, Basic Resident Register card with photo, etc. of the person coming to the counter.
※If the identity verification document does not have a photo such as a health insurance card, or if a certificate issued by an organization other than a public office, you may be asked to present other identification documents or ask questions .
A power of attorney is required for proxy/agent other than those listed in the same family register and those who are direct relatives of those listed in family register.
The fee is 300 yen per copy.
The administrative service corner is available.
・From 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday to Friday
・Saturday and Sunday are available from 9 am to 5 pm (closed on holidays and transfer holidays)
