How do I submit a notification of entry in the family register (notification when changing my child from father to mother)?

If your child is different from your father or mother, you can refer to the same person as your father or mother by obtaining permission from the "family court" and notifying the ward office Family Registry Division Family Registry Section entry in the family register.
 In order for a parent to divorce and a child whose father or mother is separated from family register to enter his mother or father's family register, he or she must submit this notification of entry in the family register. In this case, the procedure is as follows.

Procedures for filing a petition with a family court
