Notification and certification (family register, resident certificate, etc.)

In order to change him, you need to file a petition with the "family court" and take steps to obtain permission to change.
You will be able to change his name only if it is determined by the "family court" that there is an unavoidable reason.

After obtaining his permission to change at the Family Court, please notify the ward office Family Registry Division Family Registry Section with a copy of determination of family court and a certificate of confirmation of his change.
(If his change is required due to marriage, divorce, adoption, adoption separation, etc., he / she will be changed by another notification. In this case, some do not require permission from the family court. )
