Can you refund the original power of attorney submitted when requesting certification from family register or resident certificate?

The power of attorney submitted at the time of the request for certification by family register or resident certificate also includes other power of attorney. If a refund of the original power of attorney is required to be used elsewhere, please also include "Authority to request a refund of the original power of attorney" along with the items related to the request for certification. Also, when requesting a refund of the original, please submit a copy of the power of attorney stating that it is not different from the original, along with the original power of attorney.

In addition to the power of attorney, in the case of a request for certification with a certificate of corporate registration or a certificate of adult guardianship attached, etc., if you wish to refund the original, please submit a copy stating that it is not different from the original .
