○resident certificate was created for foreigners from July 9, 2012 (Monday).
○If you move, you will need to submit a transfer notification from resident certificate.
○You can get resident certificate at the ward office, administrative service corner, or convenience store (*).

※When acquiring resident certificate at a convenience store
Only those whose Address is located in Yokohama can use My Number Card to obtain a certificate with their information on multi-copy machines installed at convenience stores nationwide.
※When obtaining resident certificate through online application
If you have a My Number Card, a smartphone or personal computer that supports My Number Card and a card reader, and can pay a fee by credit card or smartphone approval, apply for a certificate containing your information online You can apply.
To use it, you need the PIN of the digital certificate for signature (6 to 16 digits mixed with alphanumeric characters) of the digital certificate.
