Where can I get a certificate of all matters of family register (certificate of family register) and family register Personal Information Certificate (certificate of partial family register)?

You can request family register Certificate (certificate of family register) and family register Personal Matters Certificate (certificate of partial family register) at any ward office or administrative service corner in Yokohamapermanent domicile.
Convenience store multi-copy machines, online applications, and billing by mail are also available. There are conditions that can be used, so please check the relevant website.
Certificate Issuance Desk
・It can be taken at the "Municipal Office of the municipal office of your permanent address".
・If you have permanent domicile in Yokohama City, you can take it at any ward office or administrative service corner in the city. (We do not handle it at the city hall.)
Fees
450 yen per copy
(The postage will be charged for online application.)
What to bring with you at the time of request
・To verify the identity of applicant, you will need to present identification documents with a photo (driver's license, passport, my number card, etc.).
If your identity verification document does not have a photo, such as a National Health Insurance Card, you may be asked to present another identification document or ask questions.
If proxy/agent is requested, a power of attorney must be submitted.
If a third party (excluding the person listed in family register and a direct relative of the person listed in family register) is the claimant, please state the reason for the claim in detail.
If the reason for the request is not clear, we may ask you to provide materials.
If there is no justifiable reason, a certificate cannot be issued.
Even if you are a direct relative, if you cannot confirm your kinship in family register, Yokohama, you will need to present a document (such as family register) to confirm your kinship with the person listed. If you cannot confirm your immediate family members (such as family register), you may not be able to issue a certificate.

9:00 am to midnight on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month
※During lunch breaks during Reception hours, Saturday (except for 2nd and 4th)
※Excludes transfer holidays on Sunday, public holidays, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (December 29 to January 3 of the following year).

In case of convenience store delivery and online application
When using a multi-copy machine at a convenience store
I need a My Number card.
When using the service, you will need the PIN (4 digits) of the digital certificate for user certification.
When applying online
You need a My Number Card, a smartphone that supports My Number Card, and a credit card.
To use it, you will need the PIN (6 to 16 digits) of the digital certificate for signature.
When requesting by mail
You can also request it by mail. Requests by phone or facsimile are not allowed.
