Administrative service corner

The administrative service corner has a limited waiting space.
Regarding certificates, please consider issuing convenience stores, online applications, and requesting by mail.

You can use the convenience store delivery service to obtain a copy of resident certificate, a certificate of entry on resident certificate, a certificate of Seal Registration Certificate and family register (all and personal matters) and a copy of the family register tag. There are conditions that can be used for each, so please see the convenience store delivery service page for details.
※Tax certificates cannot be requested at the convenience store delivery service.

If you have a My Number Card and a smartphone, you can use the online application. For more information, please visit the following website.

family register certificates and ID cards are also available to those who are registered outside the city.

　Application for tax certificate

Copy of resident certificate, family register certificate, etc.
The destination of the mail request will be the Yokohama City Mail Request Office.

※Seal Registration Certificate cannot handle it by mail.
Request for certification by mail of tax certificate
The mailing address will be sent to the ward office Tax Division.

At the administrative service corner at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside of office hours, such as Saturday and Sunday.
Depending on the Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check the leaflet above before using it.

It is not possible to obtain certificates other than the "certificate that can be obtained at the Administrative Service Corner", change the Address or notify the family register.
(Transfer holidays for national holidays and national holidays, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year) are closed.)

Regardless of your ward, you can use any administrative service corner.
Please refer to the "Overview" leaflet for a list of Reception hours and handover times for certificates.

• At the Administrative Services Corner, you cannot obtain certificates other than those listed below, change the Address or notify the family register.
• If you cannot confirm your eligibility outside the ward office Hours, you may not be able to hand it over on the spot.
• Depending on the contents of the certificate, some may not be available.
• When requesting a certificate, it is necessary to present a photo identification document to verify the identity of applicant.
  If your identity verification document does not have a photo, such as a National Health Insurance Card, you may be asked to present another identity verification document or ask questions.

• proxy/agent is required to submit a power of attorney (except for Seal Registration Certificate).

• A copy of resident certificate(300 yen)　※Copy of resident certificate(the Network System for Basic Resident Registers) does not handle it.
• Certificate of entry in resident certificate(300 yen)
• Seal Registration Certificate(300 yen)　※Please bring your private seal registration card.

You can get a certificate on the spot you receive during all opening hours on weekdays.
Because some certificates cannot be issued on Saturday and Sunday, please use weekdays (ward office, administrative service corner) or Saturday open agency day (ward office).

You can get a certificate on the spot you receive during all opening hours.
Identification cards for family register, which are not computerized, cannot be given on the spot outside the Hours ward office.
(The ward office Hours is Closed: national holidays, other holidays, and New Year's holidays December 29th-January 3rd and Monday-Friday, 8:45-17:00.)

• Municipal tax and prefectural tax tax (non-taxable) certificate(300 yen)
• Tax payment certificate of city tax(300 yen)
• Evaluation certificate (certificate of fixed asset tax register registration items) (for the current year of land and house) (300 yen)

• Please note that the delivery time may be the next opening day depending on Reception hours.
• When requesting a tax certificate in the name of a corporation, seal is required on the application form.
• The certificate of registration of the fixed asset tax book must include the taxpayer, the taxpayer's living together relatives (resident certificate Kami-same household), the taxpayer, and the heir (such as a certified copy of the family register) We will handle it only for your request. (If proxy/agent is requested, it will be issued at the ward office. In addition, certificates for assets in the name of a corporation can be handled if there is a representative seal on the application form. )
  In addition, it is necessary to enter the target lot number (may differ from Address) and the house number on the application form. Please make a request after confirming the tax statement and real estate registration attached to the tax payment notice. (Please bring your tax payment notice as much as possible.)
• Property tax exemption certificateIt cannot be handled at the administrative service corner. Please request at the ward office.
