This is a random 11-digit number written in resident certificate along with Address name and name. If the resident certificate existed in Yokohama before August 5, 2002, the resident certificate Code Notification Form was sent to the head of household on August 30, 2002.
※Currently, those who have a resident certificate in Yokohama City (excluding those who have been erased, transferred, etc.) will reissue the resident certificate Code Notice at the window of Family Registry Division Registration Section, the ward office where Address is located (the ward recorded in resident certificate). In addition, since it is not a certificate, reissue is not handled at the administrative service corner. A copy of the resident certificate described in the resident certificate Code can be obtained at the ward office Family Registry Division and the Administrative Service Corner.
