When you forget or lock your PIN on your My Number Card (digital certificate)

You will need to reset your PIN at the ward office.
In addition, procedures (external site) can be performed at some convenience stores only to reset the password of the digital certificate for signature. (Reservation is required on a smartphone in advance.)

When reset the PIN for a person under 15 years of age
The procedure will be done by the parent or guardian. Please bring your parent's own personal identification document with a photo of your face such as your personal number card or driver's license, and your child's My Number card.
Also, presentation of family register may be required. Please refer to the following link.
Procedure at convenience stores (only the PIN of the digital certificate for signature)
You can reset the PIN (four digits) of the digital certificate for signature at the convenience store only if you can enter the PIN (four digits) of the digital certificate for user certification can be entered. .
