Is there a fee to create a My Number Card?

In the case of reissuance due to loss or damage of My Number Card, a fee will be charged.
Fees
1000 yen (800 yen if no digital certificate is installed)
When a fee is charged
- Re-grant due to loss
- Re-grant due to damage, IC chip failure, etc.
- Re-granting upon request, such as changing face photo

- New grant
- Due to changes in Address and name, the postscript column on the front of the card is full.
- Re-grant by renewal when the expiration date is within 3 months
