How long does it take from applying for a My Number Card until receipt?

We will send you a letter of delivery (postcard) about one month after applying. If you do not receive a letter of delivery (postcard) after about one and a half months, please contact your ward office Family Registry Division Registration Section.
When you receive the grant letter of advice (postcard), please make a reservation at the My Number Card Special Center under your jurisdiction of your ward or the ward office of your ward. (If Nishi Ward residents receive it in Nishi Ward Office, no reservation is required.)

• If you move out of the ward after applying, your application will be invalidated and you will need to reapply.
• If you move in the ward after applying, you will receive a new Address in the postscript column on the front.
