Overview
Street name lot number change proof is document proving that street name lot number was changed by land parcel maintenance business in the past.
In the following cases, the public books of the public office cannot be rewritten without the applicant's application, a certificate will be issued for the procedure.
- Changes in vehicle inspection certificate
- Registration of change in ownership of real estate ownership
- Registration of changes in Address
- Changes in Address and permits

Anyone can charge it.
Precautions
- The "Certificate of Change in Street Name Lot Number" issued by Family Registry Division proves the display (before and after the change) of the name and address of the person who lived there at the time of the change.
- A certificate can be issued only if it is confirmed that the person who is subject to certification had registered as a resident at the time of the change.
