Certificate of change of street name

Town name lot number change proof is document proving that town name lot number was changed by land lot maintenance business in the past.
In the following cases where public offices cannot be rewritten without the applicant's application, a certificate will be issued for the procedure.

  • Changes to vehicle inspection certificate Changes
  • Real estate ownership registration name change registration
  • Registration of change of corporate location and representative's Address
  • Changes in various licenses and licenses to Address

Anyone can claim it.


  • The "City name and lot number change certificate" issued by Family Registry Division" certifies the display (before and after the change) of the name and address of the person who lived there at the time of the change.
  • A certificate can be issued only if it is confirmed that the person to be certified had registered as a resident at the time of the change.
