For this reason, when building a new building, rebuilding, or changing the doorway, etc., it is necessary to submit a building change notice to the Family Registry Division Registration Section in the ward where the building is located, and to be designated by the New Address.

It is possible for any building owner, designer, real estate agent, or resident of the building in the residential display implementation area.

When a building is newly constructed or rebuilt

In the case of residential land development is involved, a field survey may be required, so please make sure to complete the procedure with plenty of time.
If you do not complete this procedure, you will not be able to move in (relocation) because Address will not be decided.
