For the following information, please contact your ward office, Family Registry Division Registration Section.
- Application status of my number card, dispatch status of grant letter of advice
- Request for reissue of delivery notice (postcard)
- Those who have lost their reservation ID for receiving My Number Card or renewing their digital certificate
- About identity verification documents that can be used when receiving my number card (documents other than the documents listed on the receipt page)
- Documents that can be used as documents proving that the person required to receive My Number Card by proxy/agent cannot come to the Agency

2nd and 4th Saturday: From 9 a.m. to noon
