  Use of building of Article 6 agreement area and site must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１） Use of the building shall be detached houses (Note: Includes two-family living together houses).
  （２） The site area shall be 150 square meters or more.
  （３） The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cutting.
