    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site, design and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must conform to standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use of buildings shall be detached houses (including multi-family living together houses) and clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing.
    (2) The height of the building is the ground surface (ground surface at the time of residential land development is completed. The same applies hereinafter. ), 9 meters, the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) Subdivision of the site shall not be possible. However, subdivisions up to 12 sections shown in the Building Agreement Area Map.
    (5) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of the following.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
    We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
    (7) About fence or fence facing road, we shall have openness and block wall or thing similar to this shall not be installed.
