    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use of building shall be one of the following except report house prescribed in the Housing Accommodation Business Act (Act No. 65 of 2017).
    Oh, single-family house
    (I) Nagaya (the number of dwelling units is two, limited to those with two relatives living together)
    (2) The height of the building (the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 6 b and C) shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface.
    (3) The site shall not be split.
    (4) The ground surface (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed due to the embankment of the site.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or building corresponding to any of the following.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) To be used for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
