  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) Use of building assumes any of the following except report house to prescribe in Housing Lodging Business Act (Law No. 65 of 2017).
    A single-family house
    B. Nagaya (the number of dwelling units is 2 and limited to those where two relatives live together)
    (2) The height of the building (Building Standards Law Enforcement Order Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 6 b and c do not apply) shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface.
    (3) The site cannot be divided.
    (4) The ground surface (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed due to the embankment of the site.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
