(Restrictions on Buildings)
Article 5 Use, form, structure, site, position of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) The use shall be a single-family house, a clinic (excluding a veterinary clinic) combined house, or a house where two relatives live together, and approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in the following Article.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less. However, the number of floors excluding the basement on the higher ground of the two-tiered residential land with a height difference in the ground on the same site shall be 1 or less.
(4) The site cannot be divided.
(5) The height and shape of the ground at the time of sale and the position, height and shape of the retaining wall shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to what is required to build a car garage.
(6) Mounts, artificial ground, etc. shall not be built. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to what is required to build a car garage.
(7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to one of next kakugo.
