    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site, position of building in Article 5 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house, a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house, or a house where two relatives live together, approved by the Steering Committee specified in the following Article.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less. However, the number of floors excluding the basement on the higher ground of the two-stage residential land with a height difference in the ground on the same site shall be 1 or less.
    (4) The division of the site shall not be possible.
    (5) The height and shape of the ground and the position, height and shape of the retaining wall at the time of sale shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to what is necessary to build a car garage.
    (6) The mounts, artificial ground, etc. shall not be constructed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to what is necessary to build a car garage.
    (7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to one of next kakugo.

    (8) Regarding fences to be set up at road boundaries, block fences and the like shall be avoided, and hedges, net fences and similar openness.
