  Site of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１） The site area will be 150 square meters or more.
  （２） Regarding the site of the section facing the designated part of the main road (as shown in the attached area map), the entrance of the car must not be installed on the part facing the road. (Note: A car entrance can be set up on the west side of the block 5-75.)
