    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, site, position, structure, form and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    A single-family house
    I Nagaya or apartment house (limited to those with a dwelling unit area of 40 square meters or more.)
    C. Clinic
    D) Multi-purpose housing, public facilities or welfare facilities approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7 as having no problem with the conservation of the living environment
    (2) The height of the building is the ground surface (meaning the ground surface at the time of the announcement of approval.     (8) For fences or fences facing the site boundary, hedges, open wire fences, etc. Blocks, stone walls, panel fences, and other closed objects (excluding small ones attached to the gate) shall not be installed. In addition, plants will be installed on the part facing the road boundary.
    (9) The colors and forms of structures such as roofs, outer walls, decks, and signboards, shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape. As a color tone, avoid primary colors. When installing a deck and a similar thing at the top of the parking lot, the distance from the deck etc. to the road boundary shall be 1m or more.
    (10) Signboards and similar things pertain to the landowners to be installed, and the height from the road surface to the upper end of the signboard etc. is 3 m or less, the display area is 1 square meter or less, and harmonize with the surrounding landscape It can be installed only. However, for clinics signs, the height from the road surface to the upper end of the signboard, etc. shall be 5 m or less, and the display area shall be 2 square meters or less.
    (11) Mechanical parking lots and vending machines shall not be installed on the premises.
    (12) The same number of parking lots as the number of dwelling units must be secured on the premises (limited to tenement houses or apartment houses) 。 However, if the Steering Committee specified in Article 7 approves that there is no problem with the living environment, a parking lot may be secured nearby.
