(Standards for Buildings)

Article 6 Use and form of building in agreement area to prescribe in Article 6 preceding article must follow standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to police dispatch offices, public telephone offices, and other similar buildings necessary for the public interest specified in Article 133-4 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.

（１） The use of the building shall be as follows.

(a) Single-family homes (up to two-family living together houses)

(b) clinics (excluding veterinary clinics)

(c) Attached to the building of the previous issue

（２） The height of the building does not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface at the time of the agreement approval announcement.
