(Standards for Buildings)
Article 5 The site of the building in this agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The minimum area after site split shall be 150m2/block.
(2) About site of division facing arterial road (road with sidewalk, attached building agreement area figure), doorway of car must not be installed in part facing the road concerned.
