  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use, form, and site of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１） Use form shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house with two entrances), a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house or community hall.
  （２） The minimum floor area shall be 150 m2.
  （３） Regarding the site boundary, block fences and the like shall be avoided as much as possible, and tree planting, net fences, fences, etc., so that the living environment will not be impaired.
