(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 Use, form, and site of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) The use will be limited to single-family homes (including two-family living together homes with two entrances), clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) or community hall.
(2) The minimum site area shall be 150 m2.
(3) Regarding the site boundary, block walls and the like shall be avoided as much as possible, and tree planting, net fences, fences, etc. shall be installed so as not to impair the living environment.
