  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be a single-family private house (including a two-family living together house) clinic (excluding a veterinarian clinic).
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface (meaning the completion of residential land development), and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site cannot be subdivided.
    (5) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car parking lots, stairs, slopes, etc.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall.
    (I) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3 m or less.
    (Ii) The height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less, provided for storage and other similar purposes.
