    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be a single-family private house (Note: including a two-family living together house) clinic (excluding veterinary clinics).
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface (meaning when residential land development is completed), and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) Subdivision of the site shall not be possible.
    (5) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car parking lots, stairs, slopes, etc.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or building corresponding to any of the following.
    (I) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it shall be 3m or less.
    (Ii) To be used for storage and other similar purposes, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
