(Standards for Buildings)
Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house. In the case of multi-family living together housing, it shall be as follows:
A. Houses where only bedrooms are used independently for each household
B. Houses where entrances are shared, but kitchens, cafeterias, etc. are separated for each household.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
(3) The number of floors of buildings other than the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) Site (the date on which the approval of this agreement was issued (the date on which the land adjacent to the building agreement area at the time of the approval was added to this agreement.) The same shall apply below. ) Cannot be divided.
(5) The ground of the site (based on the date on which the approval of this agreement was issued) cannot be changed.
Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cutting and embankment of the part where parking lots and stairs are built.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
(I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
