    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, structure, design, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
     (1) Uses of buildings shall be as follows:
       Oh, detached house (living together up to two relatives of relatives, up to two entrances and allow each other internally)
       A single-family clinic (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing.
       C. A single-family detached house that falls under all of the following and does not risk impair the living environment due to noise or vibration.
        (a) The same use must be a classroom for learning, a small office in a house, or other similar facility.
        (b) Residential part and non-residential parts can come and go inside, and the total floor area of the non-residential part must be 35 m2 or less.
        (c) If you have a signboard, the total display area must be 0.5 m2 or less and do not use a blinking device or video device.
     (2) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
     (3) The height of the building shall be 9m and the height of the eaves shall be 6.5m or less.
     (4) The site shall not be split.
     (5) The ground of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to ground changes due to cuts and embankments to build car garages or to build slopes and lifts for wheelchairs.
     (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building or part of building having distance less than limit of this distance.
       Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
       (A) To be used for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less.
