(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, structure, design, form, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use of buildings shall be as follows:
(A) Single-family houses (living together up to two relatives, with up to two entrances that can be crossed inside)
B. Single-family clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing.
C. Single-family homes that fall under all of the following and do not impair the living environment due to noise, vibration, etc.
(a) The use that also serves as a classroom for learning, a small office in a house, or a similar facility.
(b) The residential part and the non-residential part can come and go inside, and the total floor area of the non-residential part is 35 m2 or less.
(c) If you have a signboard, the total display area is 0.5 m2 or less and do not use blinking equipment or video equipment.
(2) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(3) The height of the building shall be a maximum of 9m and the height of the eaves shall be 6.5m or less.
(4) The site cannot be divided.
(5) The ground of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to changes in the ground due to cuts and embankments for building car garages or for wheelchair slopes and lifts.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 1 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building having distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
(A) Provided for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
