  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form and site of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use will be limited to single-family homes. However, multi-purpose housing stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order shall be able to be built.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface.
    (3) The height of each part of a building where the height of the eaves is 7 m or less is 5 m multiplied by the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the boundary line of the adjacent land by 0.6. It is less than the added thing.
    (4) The height of each part of a building where the height of the eaves exceeds 7m is 4m multiplied by the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the boundary line of the adjacent land by 0.5. It is less than the one added.
    (5) The maximum ratio of the building area of the building to the site area shall be 4/10. But thing corresponding to Building Standard Act Article 53 Clause 3 second in building in site in corner of block assumes 5/10.
    (6) The maximum ratio of the total area of the building to the site area shall be 8/10.
