    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form and site of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house. However, multi-purpose houses prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order can be built.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface.
    (3) The height of each part of the building whose eaves is 7m or less is 5m added to the one obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the adjacent land boundary line by 0.6. And less than that.
    (4) The height of each part of a building whose eaves exceeds 7m is 4m added to the one obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the adjacent land boundary line by 0.5. And less than that.
    (5) The maximum ratio of the building area of the building to the site area shall be four-tenths. But thing corresponding to Building Standard Act Article 53 Clause 3 second in building in site in site in corner of block, we assume five-tenths.
    (6) The maximum ratio of the total area of the building to the site area shall be eight-tenths.
