• Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
  (Standards for Buildings)
  Article 8 The site, position, structure, use, form, design or building equipment of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following items.
  （１） The building shall be a single-family private residence or combined with a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic).
  （２） The height of the building shall be 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
  （３） The site shall not be split.
  （４） The ground surface (when residential land development is completed) cannot be changed.
  （５） The distance between the adjacent land boundary line and the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to cases where the contents set forth in the above are applicable.
  （６） The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
  （７） The toilet to be installed must be flushed.
