  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The structure, use, and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) Buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be detached houses, and shall be private houses or clinics combined houses.
    (2) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (3) The toilet to be installed in the house must be flushed.
