  (Standards for Buildings)
  Article 6 The structure, use, and form of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
  （１） Buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be detached, and shall be a private house or a clinic combined house.
  （２） The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
  （３） The toilet to be installed in the house must be flushed.
