  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use shall be a single-family house (multiple households living together is also acceptable) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics). However, with regard to multi-family living together housing, housing and dormitories with a structure in which the portion used by each household is basically independent and cannot be accessed by each household inside the house are not permitted.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface (meaning the completion of residential land development), and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
    (3) The distance to the site boundary line and the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. However, for buildings that are provided for storerooms and other similar uses, and are less than the limit (1m) of the "retreat distance of outer wall" (1m), the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and that The total floor area of the part (the part that is less than the limit of the "retreat distance of the outer wall") is less than 5 square meters.
    (4) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (5) The site cannot be subdivided.
    (6) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. However, this does not apply to cut embankment embankments for the purpose of creating slopes for the use of wheelchairs, etc., or for building car garages.
    (7) The structure of the fence or fence shall be of hedge, pipe fence or similar openness. However, this excludes gateposts and similar items.
