  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 Use, form, structure, site and position of building in agreement area to prescribe in Article 6 preceding article must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house (living together is also acceptable) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house. However, for multi-family living together housing, housing and dormitories with a structure in which the portion used by each household is basically independent and that it is impossible for each household to come and go.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface (meaning when residential land development is completed), and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
    (3) The distance between the site boundary line and the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. However, for buildings that are provided for storage and other similar uses, and for buildings that are less than the limit (1m) of the "retreat distance of outer wall", the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and that part This does not apply if the total floor area of the part (the part that is less than the "retreat distance of the outer wall") is within 5 square meters.
    (4) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (5) Subdivision of the site shall not be possible.
    (6) It is not possible to change the ground surface of the site. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cut embankment to create slopes for the purpose of wheelchair use, or to build a car garage.
    (7) The structure of the fence or fence shall be hedges, pipe fences and the like openness. However, this excludes gate posts and other similar items.
