(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, structure, site, position, and design of buildings in this agreement area must conform to the standards specified in the following items, in addition to those specified in the law and related laws and regulations.
(1) The use of the building shall be a single-family private house (including a two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding a veterinary clinic). Provided, however, that this shall not apply to multi-purpose housing with classrooms, ateliers, and private offices learned in the house while maintaining the form of single-family private housing and does not hinder the surrounding environment.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The site area of the building shall be 200 square meters or more.
(5) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages or for building slopes and lifts for wheelchairs.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be at least 1 meter. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
(I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
(7) About fence or fence facing road, we do not assume concrete fence or block wall or other similar thing (except small thing attached to gate and thing less than 60 cm from ground surface), and hedge, fence It shall be open.
(8) The color of the roof and outer wall of the building and the form of the work shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
