  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use, form, site, design and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must conform to standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１） The use of the building shall be a single-family house or a combined house (Note: single-family house that also serves as a clinics or office).
  （２） The site shall not be split.
  （３） The ground of the site shall not change the height at the time of the agreement is announced. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the creation or leveling of the site within that area when there is a difference in elevation in the ground on the site.
