    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site, design and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must conform to standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house or a combined house (Note: single-family house that also serves as a clinics or office).
    (2) The site shall not be split.
    (3) The ground of the site shall not change the height at the time of the agreement is announced. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the creation or leveling of the site within that area when there is a difference in elevation in the ground on the site.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.5m or more. However, if a building or a part of the building that is less than the limit of this distance is provided for the use of a car garage, the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less and does not have a wall, This is not the case.

    (7) About part 1m wide from road boundary line, greening shall be promoted and maintained appropriately. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to passages with a frontage of 1.5 m or less to the entrance or gate (limited to one site) or a part of the garbage collection area shared by the area.
