  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site, design and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of buildings shall be single-family homes and multi-purpose homes (Note: limited to single-family homes that also serve as clinics, offices, etc.).
    (2) The site cannot be divided.
    (3) The ground of the site shall not change the height at the time of the announcement of the agreement approval. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if there is a height difference in the ground on the site, the creation or leveling of the site within that range.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.5m or more. However, if the building or the part of the building at a distance less than the limit of this distance is provided for the use of a car garage, the height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less, and there is no wall, This is not the case.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 2m or more.     (6) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface.
    (7) About part of width 1m from road boundary line, we promote tree planting and shall perform maintenance appropriately. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the passage (limited to one site) with a frontage of 1.5m or less to the entrance or the gate, or the part of the garbage collection area shared by the area.
