  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 7 The site, position and use of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following paragraphs for each district specified in the preceding Article. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that the Committee stipulated in Article 13 has deemed necessary in consultation with Yokohama City.
    District A
    (1) The use of the building shall be a detached house, a clinic combined house or a multi-purpose house under the provisions of Article 130-3 of the Ordinance, and a building according to the provisions of Article 130-4 of the Order.
    (2) The minimum site area of the building shall be 200 square meters. However, for sites less than this area at the time of landfill disposal, the area shall be the minimum site area.
    (3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.7 meters or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-2 of the Order ※This does not apply to residential land with a short side distance of less than 10 meters in the shape of the site. Residential land corresponding to the latter part of the proviso shall be separately determined by the committee specified in Article 13.
    (4) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed due to embankment.
    3 District B
    (1) The following buildings must not be built.
    (a) Hotels or ryokan
    (b) Mahjong shop, pachinko shop, shooting area, Katsuma voting ticket sales office, off-site ticket office, and the like
    (c) Karaoke boxes and other similar items
    (2) The minimum site area of the building shall be 200 square meters. However, for sites less than this area at the time of landfill disposal, the area shall be the minimum site area.
    (3) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed due to embankment.
