Article 6 Use, site, position, design and building equipment of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) The use of the building shall be one of the following.
(A) Single-family houses (including two-family living together houses where each household can come and go inside)
B. clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
C. Houses that use more than half of the total area for living, and also serve as one of the following uses (the total floor area of the part to be used for these uses is 50 m2 or less and used for living) Limited to those that can come and go inside.)

(d) Buildings necessary for the public interest and approved by the committee specified in Article 7.
(2) The site cannot be divided.
(3) The ground surface of the site (meaning the one at the time of the approval of this agreement) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages or for building slopes and lifts for wheelchairs.
(4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary and the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more.
