  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    Use, site, position, design and building equipment of building in Article 6 agreement area must comply with standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1)  The use of the building shall be one of the following.
    Oh, detached houses (including two-family living together houses where each household can come and go inside)
    clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
    Those that provide 1/2 or more of the total area for living in a house and also serve as one of the following uses (the total floor area of the part to be used for these uses is 50 m2 or less and used for living) Limited to those that can come and go inside.)
    (a) Offices (limited to those specified in Article 130-3, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order)
    (b) Study cram schools, flower arrangement classes, go classes and other similar facilities
    (c) Atelier or workshop for producing art or crafts (when using a prime mover, the total output must be 0.75 kW or less)
    (e) Buildings necessary for the public interest that are approved by the committee stipulated in Article 7.
    (2)  The site shall not be split.
    (3)  The ground surface of the site (meaning the announcement of the approval of this agreement) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage or to build slopes and lifts for wheelchairs.
    (4)  The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when we correspond to any of the next kakugo in building or part of building in distance less than this limit.

    (5)  Regarding existing masonry retaining walls with slopes facing the road boundary and neighboring land boundaries, the acts listed in the following items shall not be performed. When a new retaining wall is established, this shall be followed.

    (A) Overhanging installation of structures such as buildings, mounts or corridors on the top of the retaining wall
    (6)  For fences to be set up at road boundaries, avoid closed fences such as block fences (excluding those with a height of 1 meter or less from the ground surface and small ones attached to the gate) and openness of hedges, fences, etc. Shall be.
    (7)  A mechanical parking lot shall not be set up on the premises.
