  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 8 The site, position, use, form and building equipment of the building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must comply with the standards set forth in the following items.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family private house (Note 1: 2 household living together housing) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic).
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
    (3) The site shall not be split.
    (4) The ground surface (at the time of agreement approval of the agreement) cannot be changed. (Note 2)
    (5) The distance from the adjacent land boundary line to the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to cases where the contents set forth in the above are applicable.
    (6) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (7) Toilet should be flushed.

    Note 1: Interpretation of “two-family living together House” in Article 8, item 1 of this Agreement
    “Two-family living together House” means a single-family house (including a clinic combined house). Excluding veterinary clinics. ), Which means that two households can live independently, but the entrance is shared.
    Note 2: Interpretation of "Change of ground surface" in Article 8, Item 4 of this Agreement
