  Article 7 The site, use and form of the building in the agreement area specified in Article 4 must comply with the standards set forth below.
  （１） Buildings that can be built shall be as follows.
  (a) Buildings listed in the first, second, or third of the Building Standards Act separate table 2 (i), paragraph.
  (b) Offices, stores, restaurants, and the like, with a total floor area of 150 square meters or less (the third floor or more are offices, stores, restaurants, and the like, Excludes those to be used or those that harm the environment of the surrounding residential areas.) 。
  （２） The site area of the building shall be based on the following:
  (a) The minimum floor area of the site shall be 150 square meters. Provided, however, that if the site is already less than this at the time of the public notice of approval of this agreement, the area shall be the minimum.
  (b) The minimum floor area per dwelling unit shall be 25 square meters.
