  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use, site and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１） Use of the building shall be a single-family house (including multi-family living together house) or a single-family clinics combined house (excluding animal hospitals).
  （２） The minimum area of the site shall be 150 square meters. (However, if the site is less than this on the day of the public notice of approval by The Mayor of Yokohama (hereinafter referred to as the “authorization date”), the area shall be the minimum area can be.) 。
  （３） The height of the building shall be 8.5 meters or less from the ground surface.
  （４） The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to minor shape changes due to exterior construction.
