• Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
  (Standards for Buildings)
  Article 8 The site, position, use, form and building equipment of the building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must comply with the standards set forth in the following items.
  （１） Use shall be single-family homes (including two-family living together housing) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined housing.
  （２） The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
  （３） The site shall not be split.
  （４） The ground surface (when residential land development is completed) cannot be changed.
  （５） The distance between the adjacent land boundary line and the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to cases where the contents set forth in the above are applicable.
  （６） The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
  （７） Toilet should be flushed.
