  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site, position, and building equipment of building in Article 5 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house, a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house, or a house where two relatives live together, approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 in consultation with Yokohama City.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site shall not be split.
    (5) The ground surface of the site (when residential land development is completed) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to one of next kakugo.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
    We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
    (Coordination with Adjacent Partners)
    When we install outdoor stairs in Article 6 building, when neighboring partner requests that we change plan of outdoor stairs setting, we must plan adjustment with neighboring agreement about privacy, noise, etc. .
