(Standards for Buildings)
Article 5 The use, form, structure, site, position and building equipment of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use shall be approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 in consultation with Yokohama City in a single-family house, a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics), or a house where two relatives live together. .
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The site cannot be divided.
(5) The ground surface of the site (at the time of completion of residential land development) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to one of next kakugo.
