What is the Building Agreement?

These are uniform standards of the country and regulations that look over the entire city. In addition to these, the building agreement is in which local residents and land rights holders set goals for their own towns, create and protect more detailed rules of buildings by themselves.

Structure of building agreement

You can't get out of the agreement freely.

If you subscribe to a building agreement, you will not be able to exit with your will only during the validity period.

This is the same when newly acquiring land for which an agreement has been signed.

Owners of the land of the "Building Agreement Adjacent Land" can participate in the agreement at any time by submitting a building agreement signed with the registration and signed to the city and the Building Agreement Steering Committee, even after the conclusion of the agreement. I can.
