(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, site, design and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
A Single-family house (living together up to two relatives, up to two entrances)
B. Clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
(2) The distance from the outer wall of the building (limited to those with a site area of 165 m2 or more) or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of this distance corresponds to any of the following.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
(I) Provide for storerooms and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 square meters.

(3) The shape of the ground and retaining wall at the time of the public notice of approval of the building agreement shall not be changed. In addition, artificial ground cannot be built. However, when installing slopes or elevators for the purpose of barrier-free measures, etc. for retaining walls other than the part along the adjacent land boundary line, when constructing a car garage or when rebuilding the retaining wall This is not the case.
(4) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
(5) About structure of fence or fence to establish along road boundary line, we make hedge, net fence or other similar openness.
(6) The form design and color of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding area.
(7) The site (site at the time of the public notice of approval of the building agreement) cannot be divided.
