  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use, form, site, design and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１） The use of the building shall be as follows.

  （４） The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
  （５） About structure of fence or fence to establish along road boundary line, we make hedge, net fence or similar openness.
  （６） The form design and color of the building shall be in harmony with the surrounding area.
  （７） The site (the site at the time of public notice of approval of the building agreement) cannot be divided.
