  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
  (1)　The use of the building shall be as follows.
  Oh, detached house (including two-family living together house)
  B. A single-family house that doubles as clinics (excluding animal clinics)
  (2)　The number of floors of the building except the basement shall be two or less.
  (3)　The height of the building shall not exceed 8.5m from the ground surface.
