  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding a veterinary clinic) combined house.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors of buildings other than the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site cannot be divided.
    (5) The ground of the site cannot be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for parking lots, stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, etc.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of next kakugo.
    A. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3 meters or less.
    B. Offer for storerooms and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
    (7) The structure of the fence or fence provided at the road boundary and the adjacent land boundary shall be avoided from block walls and the like, and shall have net fences or similar openness.
    (8) The color of the outer wall and roof of the building should be considered in harmony with the surroundings.
