    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site, position and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must comply with standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic).
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors of the building except the basement shall be two or less.
    (4) The site shall not be split.
    (5) The ground of the site shall not be changed. However, this does not apply to the cutting and embankment of the part where parking lots and stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, etc.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to any of the next kakugo.
    A. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this must be 3 meters or less.
    I. We offer for storeroom or other similar use, eaves height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total floor area must be within 5 square meters.
    (7) The structure of the fence or fence to be provided at the road boundary and the adjacent land boundary shall avoid block fences and the like, and shall have net fences and other similar openness.
    (8) The color of the outer wall and roof of the building should be considered in harmony with the surroundings.
